1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services offered by Abundant Visas ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), you ("Client", "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2Scope of Services
Abundant Visas provides AI-assisted and expert-led support in visa consultancy, documentation, university admissions, job placement assistance, and other global mobility services. Services may be fulfilled directly by Abundant Visas or through our network of verified third-party service providers.
3Role of Abundant Visas as a Secure Intermediary
Abundant Visas functions as a neutral third-party platform to ensure transparency, security, and accountability.
- All payments from clients are processed and held securely by Abundant Visas
- File Charges are released to the designated service provider to initiate the case
- Success Fees are held in escrow by Abundant Visas and released only upon confirmed successful service delivery
This structure protects the interests of both clients and service providers and reduces the risk of fraud or service failure.
4Disclaimer of Guarantee
Visa approvals, admissions, job offers, and related outcomes are determined solely by external authorities such as embassies, universities, or employers. Abundant Visas provides facilitation and expert support but makes no guarantee of approval or success.
5Payments & Refund Policy
File Charges:
Mandatory and non-refundable once the service has commenced, as they cover administrative and preparatory work.
Success Fees:
Collected in advance but held by Abundant Visas. Released only upon verified completion of the agreed-upon service.
Refund Eligibility:
A refund may be approved in the following cases:
- The assigned service provider fails to deliver the agreed service
- The service is not completed within the stipulated time frame and no mutual written extension was agreed
All refund requests are subject to internal investigation and may take up to 14 business days to process.
6Client Obligations
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and honest information
- Cooperate with timelines and document submissions
- Avoid submitting fraudulent or misleading documentation
Failure to comply may result in immediate service termination without refund.
7Data Privacy
All personal and sensitive data submitted through the platform is securely stored and processed in accordance with international data protection regulations (including GDPR where applicable). Data will only be shared with authorized parties involved in service delivery.
8Authorized Communication Channels
Clients are required to communicate through official Abundant Visas channels (client dashboard, registered email, or verified WhatsApp). The platform is not responsible for miscommunication, fraud, or loss resulting from off-platform interaction.
9Limitation of Liability
Abundant Visas shall not be liable for:
- Rejections resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- Delays caused by embassies, universities, or third-party institutions
- Changes in immigration policies, regulations, or government procedures
