Greece Visa Appointment Support

Book before the season, not during it

Schengen applications can be lodged well ahead of travel, up to six months before the trip starts. Applicants aiming at the summer who wait until spring find the calendar already full, then lose weeks to a cancellation watch they could have avoided.

We work backwards from your travel date, allow for the processing window, and aim for the earliest slot that still leaves your documents complete. A slot you cannot use because the file is unfinished is wasted.

Applying to the right mission

You apply to Greece only if Greece is your main destination, meaning where you spend the most nights, or your first point of entry if the time is split evenly. Booking a Greek slot because it is available sooner, then travelling mostly elsewhere, is a misuse of the visa that shows up in your entry record.

For a trip that includes the islands, flights between them do not change this. What counts is the country you are in, and we check your itinerary against the rule before you commit to a date.

Correct category, correct documents

• A short-stay tourist visa and a family visit are booked and evidenced differently, so the category on the booking has to match your purpose.
• Travel medical insurance for the whole stay, with a start date that matches the visa you are applying for.
• Flight and accommodation reservations consistent with the dates of the appointment and the trip.
• A passport with enough remaining validity beyond your return date and with blank pages.

What we do and do not do

We monitor for released slots and book the one that fits your file. We do not sell appointments, and we do not use scripts against the booking system, because an account flagged for that can be blocked at the point you need it most.
