How do I book a US visa appointment in Pakistan?

The sequence is fixed and cannot be shortcut. Complete and submit the DS-160 first, because its confirmation number is needed to create the appointment. Create the profile on the official appointment service, pay the MRV fee through an accepted method, and only then does the scheduling calendar open to you.

Applicants routinely pay the fee against the wrong profile, or start scheduling before the DS-160 is submitted, and lose a week to an avoidable correction. Setting this up cleanly is most of what the service is.

Can I get an earlier US visa appointment date?

Capacity is released and cancellations happen, so the first date the system offers you is rarely the best one available over the following weeks. We take the earliest slot on offer as a floor, then watch for something sooner and rebook if it appears.

This is done by checking, not by automation. Scripted booking tools violate the terms of the appointment system and get accounts suspended, which costs the applicant their existing slot as well as the new one.

Can I skip the US visa interview?

Some renewal applicants can submit without appearing for an interview. Eligibility turns on the class of your previous visa and how long ago it expired, and the rules have been tightened more than once, so a colleague's recent experience is not a reliable guide.

It is worth confirming before you join an interview queue, because the two routes have completely different lead times. We check eligibility against your specific visa history as the first step.

Can I get an emergency (expedited) US visa appointment?

An expedite request is a formal application with evidence attached, decided by the embassy. Genuine medical emergencies, a death or serious illness in the immediate family, and unavoidable, documented business or study dates are the grounds that succeed.

A request without documents behind it is refused, and refused requests do not improve your position. Where you qualify, we prepare the submission properly; where you do not, we say so and put the effort into the file instead.

• Medical treatment that cannot wait for the standard queue, with clinical evidence.
• A death or critical illness in the immediate family.
• A documented, unavoidable business or academic commitment with a fixed date.

What is the difference between monitoring and an expedite request?

These two are often confused. Monitoring is what our appointment service does for every client. An expedite request is a formal application that only the embassy can grant, and only some applicants qualify.

• Who decides: with monitoring, nobody has to approve anything. You take an earlier slot when one is released. With an expedite request, the embassy decides.
• Who can use it: anyone with a booked appointment can move to an earlier slot. An expedite request is only for a genuine, documented emergency.
• What it needs: monitoring needs a booked appointment and regular checking. An expedite request needs the first available appointment booked first, plus evidence such as medical records or a death certificate.
• If it does not work out: monitoring may not find an earlier slot in time. A request without evidence is refused and does not improve your position.
• Neither is guaranteed. No one outside the embassy controls the calendar.

How much does US visa appointment support cost?

There are three plans: PKR 80,000 (4 weeks), PKR 60,000 (6 weeks) and PKR 50,000 (12 weeks). The first consultation is free. Ask us to confirm the full terms of a plan, including what happens if an earlier date does not appear, before you pay.
